Ski Trip

Recently Daniel and I went skiing with some friends in Ober Gatlingburg. We had a really great time and Daniel did pretty good on the slopes. As for me...I started out ok but it went down hill (literally) from there. I fell ALOT and decided to give it up and drink hot coco in the lodge.

Hadley's 3rd Christmas

Hadley was at a perfect age for Christmas this year. She was very into Santa Clause and seems to have overcome her fear of people in costumes. She went right up to Santa, sat on his lap, and told him exactly what she wanted for Christmas, a bicycle and a baby doll! She really enjoyed putting food on the grass for Santa's reindeer and leaving milk and cookies out for Santa. Even now, in February, she still says, "Santa says, HO HO HO Merry Christmas and he is going to bring me more presents"!

Halloween and Boo at the Zoo

Hadley is really in to Mickey Mouse clubhouse, so for Halloween she was Minnie Mouse of course! We went to boo at the zoo with Holly, Madelyn, and Ashland. She enjoyed it but was very afraid of anyone in costume. She had a great time showing off her outfit to her family when she went trick-or-treating.

Circus Time!

This fall we went to the Shriner's circus. Hadley absolutely loved the elephants and she even rode a pony! She also enjoyed eating popcorn with Uncle Justin. We are planning on taking her to the big circus next week! I know she'll love it.

Pump-It UP

Hadley's friend, Mallory, had her 3rd birthday party at Pump-it Up. In case you don't know what that place is about...it has all kinds of inflatables including slides. Hadley was terrified! She wouldn't jump in the inflatable for a second without screaming unless someone was holding her. She did enjoy going down the slide, but only if she was with an adult. Hopefully, we'll try this again soon. Maybe she'll like it better next time!

Hadley Turns 2!

Hadley's birthday was on September 28, 2007. We had a barnyard birthday party in our backyard. She had pony rides and a yummy cookie cake! She got a barbie jeep, kitchen, baby dolls, and tons of other stuff. She had a great time and some of her favorite friends from school came, including Zach, Avery, and Mallory!

Chattanooga Zoo Trip

We took a trip down to the Chattanooga zoo to check out a different zoo, other than the Knoxville zoo that we normally visit. Well, let's just say compared to the Chattanooga zoo...the Knoxville zoo is HUGE! It didn't have any big animals like elephants or giraffes, but Hadley still had a wonderful time.

Hadley's First Day of Preschool

Hadley started preschool at Central United Methodist church in August. She was very excited and absolutely loves going. She cried the first couple of days when mommy left, but that was over very quick!
